Earlier this year I discovered a delightful ice cream shop I want to share: Milwaukee Joe’s in Southlake, Texas.
http://www.icecreamjoe.com/ The staff invited me into their production kitchen to create a signature flavor for this month’s feature, and they named me their celebrity guest chef for October.
For my flavor I chose a rich, creamy chocolate base and layered in swirls of marshmallow and caramel, then folded in an abundance of chocolate chips. The result is indulgent and perfectly balanced.
They named it “EatMoreChocolate.”
