  • 2 cups pecan halves, raw
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, just a pinch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg white, plus 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
