Ninja Creami Dole Whip is a simple way to make a smooth, pineapple-forward sorbet at home. This copycat Dole Whip captures bright pineapple flavor with a creamy texture thanks to the Ninja Creami.

I first tried the Dole Whip at Disney and was hooked. I adapted the flavor for my Ninja Creami and after a few tweaks to the ratios ended up with a delicious, scoopable pineapple sorbet. It’s bright, tropical, and easy to make.
I processed this batch on the sorbet setting and gave it an extra respin for the smoothest texture. If you prefer it firmer you can stop after the first spin, or respin again for extra creaminess.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces canned crushed pineapple (in pineapple juice)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Juice from 1/2 lime
How to make Ninja Creami Dole Whip
Pour the crushed pineapple (including the pineapple juice) into the Ninja Creami pint container.

Add the milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and the lime juice. Stir until evenly combined.

Place the lid on the pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.

Process using the Ninja Creami sorbet setting. If the mixture looks crumbly after processing, add a splash of milk and run an additional respin until you achieve the desired texture.

The dole whip should be scoopable after processing. For a silkier result, add a little more milk and respin.

Recipe tips
- If the Dole Whip is too hard after freezing, add a little more liquid and respin to soften it.
- If it’s too soft after processing, return the pint to the freezer for a short time to firm up before serving.
- Use canned crushed pineapple packed in pineapple juice for the best flavor and texture.
How to store leftovers
To store leftovers, smooth the top of the pint, replace the lid, and freeze. When ready to serve, scoop directly from the freezer. If the sorbet has hardened too much, process it again on the sorbet setting for a few seconds to soften.
